Despite an album that's gone platinum and a movie in the works, the heartthrob singers better known as the Jonas Brothers are average teenage boys. That means they play hard and eat a lot.
"When we are on tour, we consume tons and tons of food. We literally eat a dinner before and after each set," said 19-year-old Kevin Jonas, the oldest of the sibling trio that also includes 18-year-old Joe and Nick, 14.
Their favorite indulgence?
"We love our cheesecake," Kevin said during a recent telephone interview with The Tribune to talk about the band's "Look Me in the Eyes" tour, which visits the E Center Friday at 7 p.m.----------

LOS ANGELES — Most young men can be forgiven for not knowing what they'll be doing two days from now, much less two years. Not the three siblings who comprise the hit trio the Jonas Brothers. The superstars in the making have every day mapped out for the next 24 months.
If you're not a tween or teenage girl or don't live in proximity to one, you may not yet be in on the phenomenon created by 20-year-old Kevin, 18-year-old Joe and 15-year-old Nick. They opened for Miley Cyrus on her fall "Hannah Montana" tour to the delight of shrieking girls everywhere. Their song "S.O.S." catapulted to No. 1 on iTunes. Their second album has sold more than 900,000 copies. And that's just the beginning.----------

....3:59: Heartthrob singers the Jonas Brothers join Hannah on stage; there is a noticeable collective preteen gasp. I realize I had one of their ties back in 1985. Wait, no, two of their ties. The third one is wearing an ascot; I don’t think I ever had one of those, even in the ’80s.

The Jonas Brothers are touring in support of their self-titled sophomore album. The Jonas Brothers can be seen on the big screen as featured guests in the 3-D Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus movie of her Best of Both Worlds tour. Los Angeles band Rooney opens.

Herald Net: Parents will get a lounge of their own for Jonas concertParents who plan on bringing their children to the Jonas Brothers concert at 7 tonight have another option besides going back home, waiting the show out, and returning to pick up their concertgoers, or finding a place on their own to stay for those few hours.
For those who would rather stay in town, Comcast Arena at Everett Events Center, located at 2000 Hewitt Ave., will make a Parents' Lounge available in its adjacent Edward D. Hansen Conference Center, which will allow the adults access to the arena.
Food, beverages, televisions and free Wi-Fi service will be provided in the lounge. Access to the space will be free and tickets will not be required.
The lounge will be open both before and after the concert itself; concertgoers will be admitted to their event starting at 6 p.m.
